This webinar explores the organisational tools and structures needed for efficiently running on a social media campaign on multiple channels. Topics include: coordination with other departments (PR/marketing/artistic), creating an editorial calendar, division of tasks, creating guidelines/style guide for employees so everyone can participate, and using tools such as Hootsuite to simplify distribution and community management.
